1.1.1 Runtime Requirements:

1.1.2 Compile and Build Requirements:
To run a Jeuron application the only additional components you will need is a 1.6+ Java JRE environment installed on the target computers. Jeuron has been tested on Windows and Mac systems. In addition, you also will probably want to install Maven 3.x since the example projects and the Jeuron framework projects all use Maven as the build environment. The next thing you will need to do is download the latest Jeuron library. The jeuron-all-x.x.x.jar file contains everything you need to develop and deploy Jeuron applications.
Once you have installed and configured Maven you will need to load the Jeuron library into the Maven repository.
To do this run the following command from a command prompt:
mvn install:install-file –Dfile=jeuron-all-x.x.x.jar –DgroupId=jeuron.org
–DartifactId=jeuron-all –Dversion=x.x.x –Dpackaging=pom
Be sure to replace the “x.x.x” entry with the version of Jeuron that you have downloaded.
You should now be ready to begin developing applications using Jeuron.
